You may choose to focus on any aspect of yoga practice, for example: healthy and functional movement, strength building, injury prevention and relief, working with balance, meditation, self-care practices and managing stress.
A Personal Yoga Program designed by Michelle includes:
1. Free remote consultation to assess your needs and interests,
2. Initial session to design your program,
3. Written instructions, drawings, audio and video to help you practice on your own.
4. Follow-up sessions as needed to monitor progress and make adjustments.
Michelle travels with yoga props and includes them in your session. (She'll be happy to advise you on purchasing your own props if needed).
